The down and dirty stats and the 1st game plan!
I know this game plan will likely change several times but hey it is a start!

Here is the game plan:
Until June 1:
~I WILL NOT weigh in until June 1 at the earliest, Here this Sunshine? The scale doesn't need you to visit it daily. That scale is a deceitful little creep anyways!
~I will stay between 20-50 carbs all but 1 day a week. That day I can go up to 75 grams as long as it is healthy primal/ paleo APPROVED carbs. I really think I screw myself up when I try to stay ultra low like Atkins induction level carbs more than a day or two at a time.
~ NO GLUTEN! NONE!!!
~ NO BOOZE! Come on Sunshine it is only two weeks and you can write a new rule then!
~ exercise with some form of weights 3 x a week. No, walking doesn't count because I do that anyways! I believe I am going to do The 30 day Shred Mon -Fri! It is only 20 min so no excuses! Maybe I will get ambitious and throw a Callenetics or Chalean day in there. NO I wont maybe do the Shred Mon-Fri until June 1. I WILL DO THE SHRED MON - FRI until June 1. Ok that is decided now isn't it?
~ drink at least my 73 oz jug of water daily!
~ I will track my food but go by my appetite instead of eat the amount of calories some source says I need
~ track BMF data
~ no low carb sweets. Dont make them Sunshine!
I will order the Paleo book as soon as I post this! I already have Primal.
I will check in daily to report that I made my goals!
